Mr. Verrier is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of BorgWarner Inc. Headquartered in Auburn Hills, Michigan, BorgWarner Inc. Prior to joining BorgWarner, Mr. Verrier held quality engineer positions at Lucas Aerospace, Rockwell Automation and Britax Wingard in the United Kingdom.
