SAN JOSE, CA, USA – Pacific Green Technologies Inc. (otcqb:PGTK) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Neil Carmichael as its chief executive officer. Jordan Starkman becomes the Company’s independent non-executive director.
Commenting on his appointment, Dr Carmichael said: ‘I am delighted to become chief executive officer of the Company at this point in the Company’s development. From its entrepreneurial beginnings the Company is now poised to commence its landmark £160m renewable energy project at Sutton Bridge in the UK. The Company has also commenced due diligence on a further renewable energy project where it will also endeavour to utilize its proprietary technologies.
Over the coming months I will be making a series of appointments including best of class regulatory, engineering, financial and feedstock advisers principally in connection with the Sutton Bridge development. In addition I will endeavour to make further board appointments to build the requisite team around me to successfully deliver these exciting projects.
