– UK, Oxford – Oxford Nanopore Technologies plc (LON: ONT) today announced the appointment of Board member Wendy Becker as Senior Independent Director, effective from 21 January 2022.
Wendy has been a non-executive Director of the Company since June 2021 and is also the Chair of the Remuneration Committee, and a member of the Nomination Committee.
