OpenConnect appoints Mark Dailey as CEO

– USA, TX – OpenConnect, a leader in software solutions that deliver efficiencies derived from objective workforce intelligence, analytics, and robotic process automation, today announced that Mark Dailey has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, after having led the company as interim CEO since April, 2015. Since 2008, Dailey has served, as he continues to serve, on OpenConnect’s Board of Directors.

Dailey, who also is a partner in Newport Board Group, specializes in managing internationally aspirational, growth-stage information technology companies. Previously, he held senior executive management positions which included: Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing of Intralinks, Inc., a venture-funded, now public, secure document exchange company; Chief Operating Officer of LexiQuest, Inc., a software tools company implementing linguistics and natural language processing technology to manage, access, and retrieve information found in large intranet-based document collections; and Chief Operating Officer of Medcast Networks, a venture capital-backed start-up delivering comprehensive medical information to physicians. Additionally, from 1986 to 1999, Dailey held various senior-level positions with Bloomberg Financial Markets, a global leader in the delivery of international real-time financial information, where he spent 11 years in Asia opening operations in a dozen countries. Dailey is the Lead Director of Catholic Charities of Fairfield County (Connecticut), and previously sat on the Boards of Directors of three public companies and two private companies.
