– UK, Alva – Omega Diagnostics Group PLC (LON: ODX), the medical diagnostics company focused on Global Health (CD4 and COVID-19) and Health and Nutrition, today announced the appointment of Board member and current Managing Director of the Health and Nutrition Divisio Jag Grewal as CEO with immediate effect, replacing Colin King who will step down from his position with immediate effect.
“I would also like to welcome Jag into this new role and we look forward to working together on the next phase of Omega’s exciting future.” said Board Chairman, Simon Douglas.
The company also announced that Non-Executive Director Bill Rhodes will also step down from his role at the end of February 2022.
