– UK, London – Nordic Energy PLC, the oil and gas exploration and production company focused on the North Sea and Northern Europe, is pleased to announce that it has made the following organisational changes to the board with immediate effect.
Rudolf Kleiber has moved to the role of Vice Chairperson and Chief Technical Officer and Dr. Kenneth Seymour, a non-executive director of the Company, has been appointed to the executive role of Chief Operating Officer and interim Chief Executive Officer. Pat Rocholl remains as Chief Financial Officer with particular focus on business development activities.
