Nintex appoints Mark Woodward to its Board of Directors

– USA, WA – Nintex, the world leader in workflow software, today announced that it has elected Mark Woodward, president and CEO of E2open (NASDAQ: EOPN), to its board of directors. Woodward’s appointment comes at a time of remarkable momentum for the company, which revealed last month that it now has more than 1,000 unique customers connected to its cloud services.

“With his track record of successfully managing software enterprises, we are ecstatic to welcome Mark on board,” said John Burton, CEO of Nintex. “He brings extensive insight in key operational areas such as distribution channels, on-premises and subscription software licensing, mergers and acquisitions, new market entry and many other strategic initiatives. This expertise will be invaluable to the board’s strategy and decision making as Nintex continues to grow and explore ways to introduce workflow to new markets.”

Woodward brings a wealth of experience in global operations to Nintex. He is currently president and CEO of E2open, a leading provider of cloud-based, on-demand software solutions. In this role, Woodward is responsible for leading the company’s overall operations, including its growth strategy, solutions road map and customer success efforts. He joined the company in June 2008 and took it public in July 2013.

Prior to E2open, Woodward served as CEO of Serena Software for seven years as well as held executive-level positions at McAfee and CA Technologies. He is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles and serves as a member of the board of directors for the nonprofit All Stars Helping Kids, located in Redwood City, California.

“I’m honored to join such a skilled group who direct the company’s expansion in the workflow space,” Woodward said. “Nintex is poised for continued growth and I’m eagerly anticipating the opportunity to support its initiative of bringing workflow to more users in more places.”
