NIBC Bank appointed Richard Carríon to the Supervisory Board and its Risk Policy & Compliance Committee

– NETHERLANDS, The Hague – NIBC Bank N.V. (LSE:49WP), is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Richard Carríon as a member of NIBC’s Supervisory Board as per 29 September 2017. As member of the Supervisory Board, he will become member of the Risk Policy & Compliance Committee. Sally Rocker and David Morgan have resigned from the NIBC Supervisory Board.

Mr Carríon (1952) currently holds the position of Executive Chairman and Chairman of the Board of Popular, Inc.. Furthermore, he is a member of the Board of Directors of Verizon Communications, the Board of Directors of Centro Financiero BHD and the International Olympic Committee.
