National Express Group announces Jane Kingston to Board as Independent Non-Executive Director

– UK, Birmingham – National Express Group PLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Jane Kingston as an independent non-executive director of the Company with effect from 26 February 2014.

Jane will join both the Company’s Remuneration Committee and Safety and Environment Committee from 26 February 2014.

Jane is currently Group Human Resources Director at Compass Group PLC and was previously Group Human Resources Director at BPB PLC. Prior to this Jane has worked in a variety of sectors including roles in Blue Circle Industries PLC, Enodis PLC and Coats Viyella PLC.

Sir Andrew Foster has agreed to remain a director until the 2015 Annual General Meeting, when he will not seek re-election.

Jane will provide useful experience and insight having worked for companies across a range of different industries, many of which have a large and international workforce like National Express.
