MySale Group appoints Charles Butler to its Board as Independent Non-Executive Director

– AUSTRALIA, Sydney – MySale Group plc (AIM:MYSL) the leading online retailer is pleased to announce the appointment of Charles Butler as Independent Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

Charles was until recently Chief Executive Officer of Market Tech Holdings a property and digital technology group having led it from successful IPO through to its recent sale for £892 million to LabTech Investments Limited. Prior to joining Market Tech Charles was Group Chief Executive of NetPlay TV, the AIM listed UK interactive TV gaming company, from 2010 where he led a significant turnaround of the business. Charles is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and has worked in a number of international regions including the Australian retail sector.
