– UK, London – Morgan Sindall Group Plc (LON: MGNS) today announced the appointment of Jen Tippin as a non-executive director, with effect from 1 March 2020, and will be a member of the Remuneration and Nomination committees.

About Jen Tippin
Jen is Group Director of People and Productivity and a member of the Executive Committee at Lloyds Banking Group plc. Jen is responsible for leading the people function, managing sourcing and supply chain management, property and divestment and development in addition to managing the Group’s cost base. Jen has extensive strategic and commercial experience developed through her career at Lloyds Banking Group and in roles with Invensys and British Airways. Jen is a non-executive director of Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets and Kent Community NHS Foundation Trust.
