– UK, Edinburgh – Montanaro European Smaller Companies Trust plc (LSE:MTE) announced the appointment of Caroline Roxburgh as an independent non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 8 November 2017.
Caroline Roxburgh is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years’ finance and audit experience and was formerly a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP until her retirement in 2016.
Her appointment will be proposed to shareholders for election at the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held in August 2018.
It is intended that Bruce Graham will retire as a non-executive Director of the Company following the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting in August 2018.
