Karlton Johnson is the current CEO of DeLaine Strategy Group LLC.

Karlton has an impeccable track record of public service including 26 years in the Air Force as well as serving on multiple non-profit and advisory boards. Microchip also announced that L.B. Day has decided to retire from the Board of Directors effective as of the 2021 AGM.
