– UK, London – Metal Tiger Plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Terry Grammer as Non-Executive Director with immediate effect and Chairman of the Company effective from 24 September 2014.
Terry is an award-winning geologist with over 40 years’ experience in mining and mineral exploration with extensive experience in Australia, Africa, Southeast Asia and New Zealand. The directors of Metal Tiger anticipate that his standing in the mining community around the world will increase the range and depth of the Company’s access to mineral exploration investment opportunities. Terry is appointed to the Board as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect and will be appointed Chairman of the Company following the release of the Company’s interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2014, scheduled for Wednesday 24 September 2014.
The current Chairman, Alex Borrelli, continues to be a Director and becomes the Company’s Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect. The Company thanks Alex for his work as Chairman.
