MetaJure appoints Rob Arnold as new CEO

SEATTLE – MetaJure, Inc., today appointed Rob Arnold, a seasoned executive in the high tech industry, as its Chief Executive Officer effective immediately. The appointment was announced by R. William Ide III, Chairman of the board, who said, “We are thrilled to attract a deeply experienced start-up executive of Rob’s caliber to MetaJure. Rob’s decision to join MetaJure is validation of the potential for our product and we look forward to Rob’s expanding MetaJure’s customer base to address the pressing business need for advanced information retrieval.” Arnold is taking over from interim CEO, Paula Rosput Reynolds, who has been elected to the board of directors.

Arnold commented, “I’m excited to be back in the leadership role of a technology company. MetaJure has impressive capabilities. The opportunity to take the company to the next level is a significant one.”

Arnold is the former President and CEO of Geospiza, Inc., a leader in cloud computing solutions for genetic analysis. Geospiza was successfully sold to Perkin Elmer in May of 2011. Prior to Geospiza, Arnold founded and served as Chairman and CEO of Crossport Systems, a leader in Internet security providing complete security solutions for broadband. Earlier, Arnold led the successful sale of Crossport to Lineo/Metrowerks, a division of Motorola. Before founding Crossport, Rob co-founded and was Chairman and CEO of ST Labs, Inc., which was sold to Data Dimensions, Inc. (DDI). Arnold presently serves on the executive committee and board of directors of the Technology Alliance and will continue in that capacity as he joins MetaJure.
