About Vin Murria
Ms Murria was appointed OBE in 2018 for services to the digital economy. During her executive career, she was the founder and CEO of Advanced Computer Software Group plc from 2008 until 2015 and, before that, was CEO of Computer Software Group plc from 2002 until 2007.
Ms. Murria is a shareholder in the Company whose beneficial interest represents approximately 12.45% of the issued share capital of the Company.
