– UK, Edinburgh – Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc (LSE:MNP), announces that, with effect from the conclusion of the Company’s annual general meeting held on 6 June 2017, David Kidd has retired as a Director and Senior Independent Director of the Company.
The Board has elected that Mike Balfour, who has served on the Board for seven years, be appointed as the new Senior Independent Director of the Company.
