– UK, London – Luceco Plc (LON: LUCE), the manufacturer and distributor of high quality and innovative wiring accessories, LED lighting and portable power products, today announced the appointment of Will Hoy as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 September 2019.
Giles Brand, Non-Executive Chairman, said: “The Directors are delighted to welcome Will to the Board. He brings significant additional experience of working in a large, international engineering environment that will be of particular value to the Group as it delivers its growth strategy.”
Will has been appointed as a member of the Group’s Audit Committee.

Will is Chief Financial Officer of GKN Aerospace, the UK-headquartered global aerospace technology leader.
Will has held a number of senior finance roles in a career with GKN that has spanned over 20 years, including nine years as Head of Corporate Finance in which he oversaw GKN’s M&A activities.
Prior to joining GKN, Will qualified as a Chartered Accountant at KPMG and worked in its Corporate Finance department.
