Lords Group Trading appoints Sheena Mackay to its Board as Independent Director

– UK, London –  Lords Group Trading plc (LON: LORD), a leading distributor of building materials in the UK, today announced the appointment of Sheena Mackay to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director effective immediately.

Sheena brings a wealth of experience holding executive positions across a range of people businesses and we look forward to leveraging her experience serving for six years as a Non-Executive Director of Foxtons Group plc.” said Board Chairman, Gary O’Brien.

Sheena will join the Remuneration Committee and the Nominations Committee as Chair and the Audit Committee as a member.

With an executive career of more than 30 years in human capital management, where she has led global HR functions across a range of FTSE 100 and 250 companies, Sheena Mackay was most recently a Non-Executive Director at Foxtons Group plc, the London-based estate agency where she was latterly Chair of the ESG Committee and had formerly been Chair of the Remuneration Committee

Previously Sheena Mackay acted as Group Human Resources Director for Smiths Group plc, an FTSE 100 global industrial technology company, between 2016 and 2022. Prior to Smiths, Sheena acted as Group Human Resources Director at BBA Aviation plc, the multinational aviation services company, Aggreko plc, a global supplier of temporary power and temperature control equipment, and SSL International Group plc, a manufacturer of healthcare products before being acquired by Reckitt Benckiser.
