– UK, Manchester – Lookers Plc (LON: LOOK), one of the leading UK motor retail and aftersales service groups, today announced the appointment of Mark Raban as CEO and Cameron Wade, as COO and Director of Lookers, both with immediate effect.
Mark joined the Board in July 2019 as CFO. He has nearly 30 years of multi-channel retailing experience and before joining the Group was CFO at Marshall Motor Holdings PLC. His previous experience includes being Finance Director of Inchcape Retail and Selfridges Retail. The search for a new Chief Financial Officer will commence shortly.
Cameron joined Lookers in December 2016 as Franchise Director of the Group’s Audi Division. His previous roles include Commercial Director and Managing Director at Peter Vardy.
Phil White and Richard Walker will remain in their interim Executive roles until 31 March 2020 when they will revert to their previous positions of Chairman and Senior Independent Director respectively.
