– UK, London – LondonMetric Property Plc (LSE:LMP), is pleased to announce that Suzanne Avery has joined the Board as an independent Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. Suzanne also joins as a member of the Audit Committee.
Suzanne has over 25 years’ experience in corporate banking, holding various Managing Director roles at RBS, including Managing Director of Real Estate Finance Group & Sustainability, where she was responsible for REITs, Funds and London based private property companies.
Suzanne is currently a Church Commissioner, senior advisor to Centrus Advisors and a non-executive director of Richmond Housing Partnership Limited. Suzanne is also a trustee of LandAid and cofounder of Real Estate Balance.
