Lindsey was elected to its board of directors at its annual meeting of stockholders held earlier today. Also, Consuelo E. Madere and Michael C. Nahl were re-elected to the board of directors. Each of Ms. Lindsey, Ms. Madere and Mr. Nahl will serve a three-year term ending in December 2021.
