– UK, Romford – Lakehouse plc (LSE:LAKE), the asset and energy support services Group, today announces the appointment of Derek Zissman as an Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 27 November 2017.
Derek is currently a director of a number of businesses, as set out below, but spent most of his career with KPMG where he was a founding partner of KPMG’s UK Private Equity Group, was a Vice Chairman of KPMG UK and latterly created the firm’s US Private Equity Group. Derek is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
It is agreed that Derek will also take on the role of Chairman of the Audit Committee, a role which Robert Legget has fulfilled on an interim basis.
