(TSXV:KAY.H) today announced the appointment of Ron Segev and Lennox Ong to the Company’s board of directors and the appointment of Kay Jessel as President and Chief Executive Officer. The Company also announces the resignation of Bill McCartney and Murray Oliver from the board of directors.
Kay Jessel, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, commented: “We are very pleased that Messrs. Segev and Ong have agreed to join the Company’s board of directors. Mr. Segev is a Vancouver lawyer and partner of Segev LLP, a full solutions business law firm with expertise in technology, gaming, and private and public corporate finance. Mr. Segev advises an international roster of clients active in the gaming, technology and cannabis sectors. Mr. Segev is recognized by Chambers & Partners as one of the top gaming lawyers in Canada and is a General Member of the International Masters of Gaming Law. Prior to his current position, he was General Counsel to one of the largest online marketing and marketing solutions companies in the world. Mr. Segev received his Law Degree from the University of British Columbia in 2002 and was called to the British Columbia Bar in September 2003. He received his Bachelor of Arts from McGill University in 1999.

Mr. Ong is an established entrepreneur in the video gaming and digital technology industries. He is currently the President and COO of a global cross-border payment company. He helped pioneer the first joint-venture Virtual Reality expo with Singapore National Heritage Board before its popularity and he operated a joint-venture with Nexon Korea to introduce Massively Multiplayer Online Games exclusively for the South East Asia markets before the market matured. He has worked with many MNCs such as Vivendi Universal, PCCW, SingTel and CSL. His network, operational and management experience span various domains and industries from Telco, AI, Interactive Entertainment, Mobile, Enterprise Computing, Banking and Payments, and across Asia and North America regions. Lennox holds a degree in Computing and Cognitive Science from Simon Fraser University.
