– UK, London – Jupiter US Smaller Companies PLC is pleased to announce that it has appointed Lisa Booth to serve as a director of the Company with effect from today, 29 September 2015.
Ms Booth is a solicitor specialising in corporate and commercial law. She has over 20 years’ experience in private practice, including several years working in Moscow for Cameron McKenna. In 2003 she co-founded a small City law firm and over the next ten years built up a practice focusing on private equity and investment fund transactions, principally in technology, real estate and healthcare. Most recently, she worked as in-house counsel for an international media company based in Berlin.
