[ARCHIVE] Jupiter Fund Management announces Board member Jonathon Bond as next Senior Independent Director

– UK, London – Jupiter Fund Management plc (LSE:JUP), today announces the appointment of both a new Senior Independent Director and a Remuneration Committee Chairman.

Jonathon Bond, who joined the Board in July 2014, will be appointed Senior Independent Director with effect from 1 August 2017. Jonathon also serves as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee, the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration Committee.

In addition, Bridget Macaskill, who joined the Board in May 2015, will be appointed Chairman of Jupiter’s Remuneration Committee with effect from 1 July 2017, having served on the Committee for two years. Bridget is also a member of the Nomination Committee.

Jonathon and Bridget succeed Lorraine Trainer who has fulfilled the roles of Senior Independent Director (since September 2014) and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, and is in her final term as a Non-Executive Director, having been appointed to the Board in May 2010. Lorraine will continue as a Non-Executive Director and a member of the Audit and Risk Committee, the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration Committee.
