– UK, London – JPMorgan Elect Plc (LON:JPE), today announced that the Board is recommending the appointment of Rupert Dickinson as a non-executive Director of the Company to shareholders, who are to vote on his appointment at the Annual General Meeting of the Company on the 19th December 2018.
