Jaywing welcomes Andrew Fryatt as new CEO

– UK, Sheffield –  Jaywing Plc (LON: JWNG), the UK agency specialising in data science, today announced the appointment of Andrew Fryatt as CEO with immediate effect. Rob Shaw has stepped down as a Director and CEO.

Andrew will report directly to the Board of the Company and it is expected that he will join the Board as soon as practicable. Ian Robinson’s role as Chairman will remain in a non-executive capacity.

“The Board is pleased to welcome someone of Andrew’s experience to the Company, and we look forward to working with him as he begins the leadership role for the organisation,” said Ian Robinson, Chairman.

Following the recent announcement that Mike Sprot has stepped down as Director and CFO, the search for a new CFO will begin under the direction of Andrew Fryatt.
