– UK, Barrow-in-Furness – James Fisher and Sons Plc (LON:FSJ) announces the appointment of Dr. Inken Braunschmidt who will join the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director on 1 March 2019.
Malcolm Paul, Chairman commented: “I am pleased that Inken has agreed to join James Fisher. Her considerable experience will further strengthen the Board. I wish him well for the future.”
David Moorhouse will retire from the Board on 28 February 2019 having served on the Board as a Non-Executive Director since August 2013.
