ITV welcomes Dawn Allen to its Board as Independent Director

– UK, London –  ITV plc (LON: ITV) today announced the appointment of  Dawn Allen to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director with effect immediately.

“Dawn has extensive financial, commercial, and international experience which will further strengthen the diverse mix of expertise and experience on the ITV Board. On behalf of the Board, I am delighted to welcome Dawn to ITV,” said Board Chair, Andrew Cosslett.

Dawn Allen will also join the Audit and Risk Committee.

Dawn Allen is a commercial and highly strategic CFO who has held global roles in global businesses across consumer-related sectors. She was appointed CFO of Tate & Lyle PLC in May 2022, where she has been heavily involved in developing the global strategy, digital capabilities, and processes. Before this, she was Global CFO & VP of global Transformation at Mars where, during a 25-year career, she held several, key senior financial roles in Europe and the US including Global Divisional CFO, Food, Drinklarge-scales and Multi Sales and Regional CFO Wrigley Americas.
