iTOK appoints Seth Greenberg to its Board of Directors

– USA, UT – iTOK, a managed service provider of consumer technology adoption services, today announced it has appointed Seth Greenberg to its Board of Directors. Most recently, Greenberg served as Chief Marketing Officer for LifeLock, successfully repositioning the brand and growing revenue by more than 30 percent.

“We welcome Seth to the board, as he brings iTOK his vast expertise in the technology industry. Working for B2C brands like LifeLock, an identity theft protection service, and Intuit, a financial software leader, he strategically expanded their audiences, drove revenue growth, and transformed the companies from early-stage entities to thriving corporations,” said James P. Dunn, iTOK’s CEO. “As we continue to grow the iTOK brand, Seth’s proven experience in consumer insight, branding, and digital marketing will be highly beneficial to the company.”

Greenberg brings iTOK more than 15 years of building and transforming digital brands. As CMO for LifeLock, Greenberg repositioned the brand to a larger audience, grew revenue per member, and expanded its membership base. As the digital marketing leader for Intuit’s Consumer Group—including TurboTax, Quicken, and Mint—he helped grow revenues from $50M to over $550M in direct response digital channels. His experience spans subscription-based, SaaS, and freemium business models; product positioning and price testing; analytics, mobile/app, and end-to-end funnel optimization.

“I am very excited to be working with the iTOK team,” said Greenberg. “I look forward to helping iTOK further strengthen its position as the leading MSP for technology adoption, giving seniors and others who use in-home technology the confidence to use it comfortably on their own.”
