– UK, London – Intu Properties Plc (LON: INTU), announces that Ian Burke, independent non-executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee, will become Senior Independent Director from Friday 25 October 2019.
Ian will be taking over this role from Adèle Anderson, who will be standing down from the Board on that date.
