– UK, London – International Consolidated Airlines Group, S.A. (LSE:IAG) ‘s Board of Directors acknowledged the resignation, as a member of the Audit and Compliance Committee, tendered by Mr. James Lawrence as a consequence of his re-appointment as a director with the status of other external director.
Following the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting held on the date hereof, at which Baroness Kingsmill stood down as a director, all of the remaining directors were re-elected and Ms. Nicola Shaw was elected as a director with effect from January 1, 2018.
