– CANADA, Vancouver – Interbit Ltd. (TSX: IBIT), today announced that Robert Suttie, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has been appointed to the Board of Directors to replace Ms. Milton.
Mr. Suttie possesses more than twenty years’ experience in financial services, including over ten years in public accounting, specializing in management advisory, accounting, and financial disclosure. His public company experience includes preparation of financial statements, initial public offerings, business combinations and asset carve-outs, and spin-out transactions. He serves as Chief Financial Officer to a number of companies listed on the TSX and TSX Venture exchanges, is a director of Rupert Resources Ltd. and currently manages the financial reporting team at Marrelli Support Services Inc.
