Infrastructure India appoints Graham Smith to its Board as Non-Executive Director

– ISLE OF MAN, Douglas –  Infrastructure India plc (LON: IIP), an AIM-quoted infrastructure fund investing directly into assets in India, today announced the appointment of Graham Smith to its Board of Directors as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

In addition to his appointment to the Board, Graham Smith will be appointed to the Remuneration and Nominations Committee.

About Graham Smith

Graham Smith has more than 30 years’ experience in the financial control, life assurance and investment funds sectors having held many managerial positions in the Isle of Man and the United Kingdom, including in his current role as Chief Executive Officer of FIM Capital Limited, the Company’s administrator. In recent years, Mr. Smith has served as a director of a number of companies which are or were quoted on AIM, including Advance Energy plc, East Balkan Properties plc, Tau Capital PLC, Glenwick plc and Trinity Capital plc. Mr. Smith is a Chartered Accountant and holds a BA degree from Cambridge University.
