IDOX appoints Oliver Scott to its Board as Non-Executive Director

– UK, Theale – Idox plc (LON:IDOX), a leading supplier of specialist information management solutions and services, today announced the appointment of Oliver Scott as a Non-Executive Director, with effect from 1 November 2018.

Oliver is a partner of Kestrel Partners LLP, which he co-founded in 2009. Prior to this, Oliver spent 20 years advising smaller quoted and unquoted companies, latterly as a director of KBC Peel Hunt Corporate Finance. He is currently a non-executive director of Ubisense Group plc and was previously a non-executive director of KBC Advanced Technologies plc prior to its takeover by Yokogawa in 2016.

Kestrel invests in small and microcap UK listed companies with a particular focus on the enterprise software and services sector, and is Idox’s second largest shareholder, with a current holding representing 10.34% of the Company’s share capital.
