– CANADA, Montreal – Hybrid Paytech World Inc. (CSE: HPT) (OTC: FPOTF) announces the appointment of Messieurs Louis Bélanger Martin and Antoine Clermont as new members of the Board of Directors.
Serving as the CEO for AIA for the past two years, Louis Bélanger Martin is a welcome addition to the Hybrid Team. His wealth of experience as COO and talent with prior software companies will bring expertise to thrust Hybrid to new heights. In addition to his new role as a Director for Company, Mr. Bélanger will also serve as the Chairman of the Board.
Antoine Clermont a Lawyer and Montreal Entrepreneur will also be joining the team in the capacity of Secretary of the Board of Directors. Mr. Clermont has broad business experience and has a extensive success in raising capital for innovative technology corporations. Amongst his new responsibilities he will lead the legal team and M&As for the Company offering astute guidance and support.
Stephane Boisvert, recently appointed CEO of the Company has also accepted the role as President added “I am pleased that two distinguished and experienced individuals have joined the Board expanding the pool of knowledge and business acumen”. This is a great addition to the team accelerating the future growth of the Company and leveraging International experience and relationships”.
Stepping down from the Board are Founder Mike Tasillo and Anthony Barone making place for the 2 new board members which have a vast proven success in business benefiting Hybrid on a Global scale. The Board, on behalf of Hybrid wishes to thank them for their services as board members since 2009.
