Simon is a highly experienced board member with a portfolio of NED/Trustee positions, over the last five years he has held appointments with Charter Court Financial Services Limited as Risk Committee Chair, as Non-Executive Director for OSB GROUP PLC, with Leeds Theatre Trust Ltd as Non-Executive Director and he is also a Director of IWP Holdings Limited.
