– IRELAND, Dublin – Hostelworld Group Plc (LON:HSW), the global hostel-focussed online booking platform, today announced that Andy McCue has informed the Board of his intention to step down from his position as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, effective 31 May 2019, following the conclusion of the Company’s Annual General Meeting.
Carl G. Shepherd, who joined the Board as a Non-Executive Director on 1 October 2017, will replace Andy McCue as Senior Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.
The search for an additional Independent Non-Executive Director is underway and a further announcement will be made in due course.
