– IRELAND, Dublin – Hibernia REIT plc (LON:HBRN | OTC:HIBRF) announces that Roisin Brennan has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 16 January 2019.
Ms Brennan is a former Chief Executive of IBI Corporate Finance and has extensive experience advising Irish companies. She is currently a Non-Executive Director of Ryanair Holdings plc, Coillte CGA, Musgrave Group plc and Dell Bank International d.a.c. and was previously a Non-Executive Director of DCC plc and Wireless Group plc. Ms Brennan, a Chartered Accountant, will join the Audit, Remuneration and Nominations Committees.
