– UK, London – Henderson High Income Trust Plc (LON: HHI) today announced the appointment of Richard Cranfield as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 1 March 2020.
Richard is a partner in law firm Allen & Overy LLP, where he is global chairman of the corporate practice and co-head of its financial institutions group. On 1 October 2019, Richard was appointed as the Chairman of IntegraFin Holdings plc, the ultimate owner of the investment platform provider Transact.
