Diarmaid Douglas-Hamilton, a co-founder of Hamilton Thorne and its CTO, will retire from the Board of Directors but will continue to stay active with the Company.

As a leader in our research and development group, he has a significant track record of innovation and has been the primary driver behind several Hamilton Thorne’s proprietary products.”
