(OTCQB: GBLX) has added three experienced and accomplished executives in the cannabis industry to its board of directors as part of management changes designed to build cash flow with a focus on innovative cultivation operations and maximizing the company’s scientific advancements and drug discovery efforts that will lead to game-changing cannabis based pharmaceutical compounds.
New board members are John Poss, the company’s President and Chief Financial Officer, Leslie Bocskor, President and Founder of Electrum Partners and Shane Terry, industry consultant and former President of the Nevada Dispensary Association, as outside Directors. Craig Ellins remains board Chairman and Dr. Andrea Small-Howard, the company’s Chief Science Officer, also maintains her board role. Further, Mr. Ellins will become the company’s Chief Innovation Officer and Mr. Poss will become interim Chief Executive Officer.
Leslie Bocskor, President and founder of firm Electrum Partners is leading the cannabis industry’s success and evolution around policy, entrepreneurship, and investment in the cannabis industry, nationally and internationally. As founding chairman of the Nevada Cannabis Industry Association, and with his far-reaching investment and Wall Street background, he’s creating models for cannabis industry investment, business and regulation, as Nevada did with gaming. Bocskor’s insights and influence have made him the trusted expert and revered pundit on getting in and getting out of cannabis investments successfully. Bocskor has been called by Matthew Kind of Cannainsider the “Warren Buffet of the cannabis industry.”
Shane Terry is a former President of the Nevada Dispensary Association as well former CEO of NuVeda NMS, LLC, which is a company that operates marijuana dispensaries in Nevada. He currently is an independent consultant providing advisory services to Medical Marijuana Establishments (MME’s) in Nevada and other states. A decorated veteran of the United States Air Force, Terry’s career as an Officer and F-16 fighter pilot included earning two Air Medals for combat action over Iraq and Afghanistan while leading his team to three Air Force Outstanding Unit awards from 2006-2009.
