Greenbrier adds CEO Lorie Tekorius to its Board of Directors

– USA, OR –  The Greenbrier Companies, Inc. (NYSE: GBX) today announced the election of its President and CEO, Lorie Tekorius to its Board of Directors, increasing the Board from 10 to 11 members.

In addition to Greenbrier, Tekorius has served as an independent director on the Board of Directors of Alamo Group Inc. since 2019.

“Lorie is well-qualified to join the Board. She possesses a deep understanding of the Company and a steady commitment to its shareholders. Through her work with Alamo Group, Lorie brings direct public company board experience to this position.
