– IRELAND, Dublin – Green REIT Plc, (LSE:GRN, OTC:GREEF), confirms the appointment of Rosheen McGuckian as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 1 January 2018. Ms McGuckian will also be appointed to the Audit Committee as of the same date.
Ms McGuckian has been the Chief Executive Officer of NTR plc, an unquoted Irish company that acquires, constructs and manages sustainable infrastructure assets, since April 2013, having joined NTR in 2008. Prior to joining NTR, Ms McGuckian was CEO of GE Money Ireland, the consumer finance division of General Electric, having joined GE in 2002.
Ms McGuckian is a Director of the Strategic Banking Corporation of Ireland and the Social Innovation Fund of Ireland.
