Good Energy appoints Nemone Wynn-Evans to its Board as Non-Executive Director

– UK, Chippenham – Good Energy (LON:GOOD) today announced the appointment of Nemone Wynn-Evans as Non-Executive Director of Good Energy Group Plc with immediate effect.

Nemone will also become a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and join the Risk and Audit Committee with a view to taking on the Chairmanship of that Committee post completion of Good Energy Group Plc Non-Executive director induction. Nemone is currently Chair of the Risk Committee and Senior Independent Director of Shepherds Friendly Society.

Nemone has extensive experience across the financial services sectors and has listed plc and PRA, FCA/FSA regulated experience, having acted as finance director on the main board of a stock exchange. Nemone is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments.
