– UK, Ilminster – Gooch & Housego PLC (LON: GHH), the specialist manufacturer of photonic components and systems, today announced that Gary Bullard will be appointed to the Company’s Board as Non-Executive Chairman at the Annual General Meeting on 21 February 2018. At that time Gareth Jones will step down as Non-Executive Chairman, following almost 37 years of loyal service with the Company.
Gary has extensive experience of strategic leadership roles in a range of sectors including information technology, telecommunications, support services and industrial. He brings substantial international expertise in high growth environments.
Gary currently holds non-executive positions at companies including Rotork plc and Spirent Communications plc. Previously, he held senior executive positions at Logica plc, BT Group plc and IBM Corporation.
