– UK, Basingstoke – GAME Digital plc (LSE:GMD), announces that Clare Urmston has been appointed as non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.
Clare will also act as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee of the Company and will become a member of the Company’s Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee. Clare will be subject to election at the Company’s next annual general meeting, and re-election at each annual general meeting of the Company thereafter.
Clare is a senior finance executive with extensive and well rounded experience in retail and manufacturing industries. She is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Symington’s Limited, a private equity backed food manufacturer and is also a Fellow Associate Chartered Accountant. Prior to her current role, Clare held senior positions at Wilko Retail Limited and Northern Foods plc.
