Shri Kushagra Mittal is a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from MNNIT, Allahabad. He has subsequently Master’s in Public Policy from IIM, Bangalore. He is working as Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas.
