– UK, Cambridge – Frontier Developments plc (LON: FDEV), a leading developer and publisher of videogames based in Cambridge, today confirmed the appointment of David Wilton, who joined the Board on 22 September 2022 as Chairman-designate, to the role of Chairman, effective 1 December 202, replacing David Gammon who retired from the Board As planned.
The Board of Directors now comprises four Executive Directors and five Non-Executive Directors:
